to log a new support call is you have no Black Marble Call Tracking System user ID
if your are a registered user for of the Black Marble Call Tracking System
Black Marble provide two support mechanisms for web based support:
If you are using one of our products that are downloadable from our web site you can log a call via the web. We will then responsed via email.
If we have developed a bespoke application for your company you will have been provided with a user ID and password to allow you to log new calls and view the current state of existing calls.
